Joe Cooper is a management professional with more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience. He developed the financing and administrative functions to support the growth of several innovative technology and healthcare companies.

Joe’s extensive background includes corporate governance, planning and organizational change. He has experience with complex federal and state financial reporting requirements, private and public company GAAP, government contracting, ESOPs, and private placements. He was instrumental in the sale, merger, spinoff or reorganization of 10 companies. His professional interests include implementing accounting systems and fair value accounting.

He earned his MBA from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA by the state of Washington. Joe is committed to promoting sustainable development that protects our environmental and cultural resources.
