Challenge
It all begins with a problem. How do we help people overcome a challenge? What are the existing solutions and what can be improved? Can we envision a better world? We strive to understand the customer and the market with thorough research and ongoing conversations.
Concept
Once we understand the challenge, we apply our creative solutions-oriented process to come up with several concepts that might solve the problem. We iterate, refine, and assess the feasibility of these ideas, and then begin our research and design.
Creation
Now it’s time to put our plan into action and build working, high fidelity prototypes of the proposed design. We work quickly towards a version that will allow us to do in-house testing and eventually evaluations with potential customers.
