Dr. Chris Russell has over 25 years of military research experience. He has seventeen years of experience in the conception, design and execution of exploratory development research to evaluate interface design concepts. Over the last twelve years, he planned and designed data processing and intelligent algorithm development using stochastic estimation, signal processing, pattern classification and spectral analysis approaches for operator functional state in complex AF operator workstations at the Air Force Research Laboratory. At AFRL, he managed and served as a principle investigator for an applied research program in addition to managing Small Business Innovative Research contracts. He also served as a principal investigator on a research project arrangement with the Kingdom of Sweden. Previously he served as an associate investigator on project arrangements with the United Kingdom. He recently joined Archinoetics, LLC as senior scientist.
