Mr. Cooper has 15 years of financial management experience in the technology and healthcare industries. His background includes financial and management accounting, strategic planning and organizational change. He has managed contracts and reporting for programs administered by the Department of Defense (DOD), the Healthcare Financing Administration (HCFA) and commercial firms. He played a key role in merger and acquisition activity where he was instrumental in completing four transactions. His professional interests include valuing private companies and developing financing plans. Mr. Cooper is committed to promoting the growth of the life sciences and technology industries in Hawaii, his home for over nine years.
